Fields Memorial Park is being created on the north side of Geneva between the old railroad bed, which will become the new South Adams Trails, and the Ceylon Covered Bridge at Rainbow Bend (a place that author Gene Stratton-Porter wrote two books about). 1435 feet of walking trail has been constructed at the new park along with 35 new trees planted with four seating areas and a quiet green space. Fields Memorial Park and the entire area is meant to be a lasting legacy to the community of Geneva and those that visit.
