The Gardens of Matter Park celebrate Indiana’s Bicentennial with a colorful display garden in blue and yellow, following the colors of the state flag. The Felicia Cape Town Blue and Calibrachoa Superbells Yellow represent the flag with outstanding celebration. This garden bed is in a high-profile area in the gardens, and is positioned in front of a cedar fence. There is a state flag stretched out as backdrop on the fence, highlighted with a spotlight.
