Individuals along the Historic National Road in Wayne County are encouraged to submit cookie recipes by decade from 1816-2016. There will be a cookie judging contest on June 1, 2016 in Dublin, Indiana from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Proceeds from the event will assist HELP The Animals, Wernie Children’s Home and Ambassador Health Care. Cookbooks containing the winning recipes will be available for a nominal charge.
