Wells County Time Capsule
The Wells County Public Library will be creating a time capsule with various modern items that will be sealed away in the library and scheduled to be reopened in 50 years. There will be a public vote for items to include in the time capsule and a special presentation at the library on Indiana Statehood Day, when the time capsule will be sealed up.
