The West Lafayette Tree Friends will install 16 assorted street trees between the curb and sidewalk of S. River Road on Arbor Day in celebration of Indiana’s Bicentennial in 2016. In addition to greening this major entry to our city, these trees will capture storm water, slowing its speed to the Wabash River, thus improving the water quality.
