Primary Colours is taking its most notable event, “Art vs Art,” into the parks to celebrate Indian’s Bicentennial in September 2016. Artwork for the event’s signature activity is created during a community “Paint Day,” where participating artists have four hours and five paint colors to create their pieces. Visitors to Harrison State Park will observe the artists completing their work, participate in art activities, and see the finished products.
