Nearly 200 years ago, the early settlers of Spring Mill created quilts for warmth. Their survival was often dependent on using recycled scraps to make it through the long winters. Lisa Dodson, an art quilter, instructor and speaker, celebrates the history of Spring Mill Park by creating an art quilt that captures the essence of the part—the grist mill.
