The Chairman called the meeting to order at approximately 9:45 A.M.
The executive session was for the purpose of discussing records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7) and also for discussing strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation, pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6(b)(2)(B).
The Commission certifies that no subject was discussed other than that noticed. The executive session was adjourned at approximately 10:10 A.M.
