Meet the Speakers:

Keynote Speaker - Jim Jarvis, Emergency Communications Coordinator, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA):

  • Jim Jarvis is a Certified Information Security Manager with over 40 years of experience in the operation, design, and maintenance of communications and data systems. A 21-year veteran of the US Coast Guard and former Tactical Communications Officer with US Customs and Border Protection, Jim has supported a variety of law enforcement, search & rescue, and disaster response missions. In his current role, Jim’s focus is the development of strategic planning that will protect and enhance the resilience of national security and emergency preparedness communication capabilities across the nation.
