Today
the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved a request by Oak Park
Conservancy District to increase its rates and charges for water service, but
at a rate much less than the 15% the company originally sought.
In
cause 41811-U, the 4.03% across the board rate increase is the result of an
agreement between the Oak Park Conservancy District and the Indiana Office of
the Utility Consumer Counselor.
The
increase will produce additional annual operating revenues of $4,975.
