The first
step: An immediate 10.71% increase in company revenue to generate $12,722,176
additional revenues.

The second: An
estimated 8% increase to produce additional $10,518,535 in company revenue and
should be implemented after the new tunnel in the Northwest Service Area is
placed in service.
·
The third
step: An estimated 0.09% increase in
company revenue occurs after retiring the existing tunnel to produce $123,402
more in revenues.
