Subject Matter of Rule
Amends 170 IAC 5-3 concerning minimum pipeline safety standards to incorporate new federal pipeline safety standards, to require the maintenance of records until the next applicable inspection, to require certain types of operator qualification training, to require the maintenance of maximum allowable operating pressure records for the life of the pipeline, to require responses to the Division’s areas of concern, and to define electrical isolation.
