House Bill 1102
Renewable energy development. Requires an electricity supplier to supply a certain percentage of its total electricity supply from renewable energy resources. Establishes the renewable energy resources fund.
House Bill 1280
Energy efficient buildings. Requires the environmental quality service council to study: (1) whether public entities should be required or encouraged to seek to achieve energy and environmental design ratings in the construction and renovation of buildings and structures; and (2) related issues.
Senate Bill 0295Renewable energy standards. Establishes the renewable energy resources fund. Requires an electricity supplier that fails to supply electricity from renewable energy resources according to the specified percentage to pay a penalty. Deposits the penalties in the renewable energy resources fund.
Senate Bill 0360
E85 fueling station grants. Provides that the amount of a grant may be less than the amount of the qualified investment. Provides that local units of government are eligible to receive E85 fueling station grants for qualified investment in E85 fueling stations.
