Food Pantry Assistance

Food Pantry Hours:

  • Order pickup slots are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9AM-2PM.
  • Order online ANYTIME of day.  You must place order 24 hours before pickup time.  Order pick-up times are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9AM–2PM.
  • Wednesday is restocking day.  There are no pickup slots. (Fishers United Methodist Come to Me Food Pantry is open every Wednesday, except the 5th Wednesday from 2-7PM)

Who Can Use Food Pantry:

Only residents of HSE school district are eligible to use our food pantry. You do not need a child in school but must live within the district boundaries.

When registering, you will need to submit:

Photo ID and proof of current mailing address (1 piece of mail with your name and address).

First Time Food Pantry User:

If have never previously used our food pantry in person or online, you must fill out the following application. (If you have visited our office before or have already filled out a food pantry application, you do not need to complete the below application. You can proceed to the ‘Returning Food Pantry Customer’ section).

You will need to upload a copy of your Photo ID and proof of address.

Once you have submitted the completed application and required documents, you may place your food pantry order using the Click here to access the pantrylink below.

Returning Food Pantry Customer:

  1. Click this link.
  2. If you have been to our pantry our used our online ordering system before, you do not need to fill in an application.
  1. Scroll down and by STEP #1 select desired help – CLICK on Delaware Township Food Pantry.
  2. STEP #2 – Select date and time that you would like to pick up your order.   Once you’ve chose a date & time, click on “Continue.”
  3. Log IN – the FIRST time you use the online order system, you will need to enter an email and password.  We recommend using password, Food123!!, in case you forget it, we can reset.
    • For your FIRST time using the pantry, you will be asked to update your profile and provide guest details.  You are NOT required to verify your email.  Once you update your information, click SUBMIT.
  4. Select food items. Once finished selecting, scroll to bottom Click “Continue.”
  5. Review your order.  You must select AGREE & CONFIRM RESERVATION to complete order.
  6. Arrive at pick up time.  Text/call 317-756-1311 when you arrive and come into the lobby.

Late Policy:

To provide timely service to all our clients, please NOTIFY US if you are going to be late or need to cancel your appointment by calling or texting the food pantry phone number. 317-756-1311

If you do not pick up your order within 30 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, your order will be CANCELED, and you will need to reorder. If you do not call or show for 3 scheduled appointments, you will not be able to schedule orders for 30 days following your 3rd miss.
