Annual Fee and Waivers
- An annual $95 subscription fee is required
- Submit annual fee payment with the completed account agreement (required to activate account)
- Annual fees are waived for Indiana state agencies, county prosecutors, county/city/town courts, and law enforcement agencies.
Transaction Fees
- Transaction fees are charged per service.
- Non law enforcement agencies pay a $7.00 fee required for each search of the Indiana State Police Online Limited History database.
- Transaction fees (including enhanced access to BMV records) are waived for Indiana state agencies, county prosecutors, county/city/town courts, and law enforcement agencies.
- The following governmental entities quality for $1.00 per transaction BMV searches made in furtherance of the governmental entity entity’s business:
- Indiana counties and
- municipalities (and their duly authorized officers, divisions and agencies),
- Indiana state universities, and
- United States Federal government and its agencies
$15.00 Monthly Invoicing Fee and Waivers
From the initial agreement form, subscribers can choose:
- Auto-pay
- Monthly Invoice
The transaction amount determines your fees.
