The following defines the qualification and the enhanced access rights for the BMV Record search applications that validated Recovery Agents will receive.
Qualification Requirements
All of the following qualifying requirements must be met:
- Recovery Agent name is found in the Indiana Department of Insurance list of Bail Bond Agents
- Recovery Bail Bond Agent City, State on file with the Indiana Department of Insurance matches the address on file with IN.gov
- One of the IN.gov addresses is in the State of Indiana (Billing or Mailing)
