Indiana Primary Source Registration Page

As of October 30, 2024, new and renewal primary source registrations must be completed using MyLicense One located on the Access Indiana portal. Users can request an Access Indiana account here: Access Indiana | Sign Up. Once logged in to Access Indiana, click Services on the vertical menu and search “MyLicense One”. Click the box for MyLicense One in the search results and provide your first and last name. This will take you to you MyLicense One dashboard; click initial application; select Alcoholic Beverage from the “Select your profession” drop down on the next screen; under the prompt “What action do you want to perform?” select Primary Source New Application; on the next screen click Start Application and complete the registration form.
