The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission will hold an investigatory hearing at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in order to gather evidence and ascertain the facts involving the business operations and business relationships of D&E Spirits, LLC, which holds a wine wholesaler permit (WH49-30104) and liquor wholesaler permit (WH49-30105).

The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission will hold an alcoholic beverage permit auction at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at the Indiana Government Center South Building, 1^st Floor Auditorium located at 302 West Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Please visit the ATC's Permit Auction page for additional information and bidding requirements. Fully and properly completed pre-bid applications are due no later than Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Any applications received after this date will not be accepted unless they are postmarked on or before November 26, 2024.
