IN.gov provides answers to the most popular questions asked by users. FAQs are utilized in an effort to increase self-service on your smart phone device. The IN.gov FAQs offer a knowledge base of over 1,300 questions. Since January 1, 2011 the knowledge base has had 519,876 viewed answers. (*FAQs mobile features are currently only supported on Droid, Apple and Palm Smart Phone Devices.)
