Clay County Operating Status

Last Updated: July 11, 2024 @ 9:00 PM ET

On July 9, 2024, Clay County experienced a cyber incident that is affecting some government services. While we are working around the clock to bring our systems back online, we have temporarily suspended some services and closed offices in the Clay County Courthouse.

We are working with law enforcement, government authorities, and cybersecurity experts at Mandiant to get back online and resume operations. We want to assure our community that this is our top priority.

What should you do?

Please visit this webpage for the latest information and updates on our operating status. We will also post updated information on the Clay County Emergency Management Facebook page.

Individuals with pending court matters should contact their legal representatives for updates and advice on rescheduling affected proceedings. Once Courthouse operations resume, we will work to reschedule proceedings.
