The Plan Commission is primarily responsible for the land in the unincorporated parts of Noble County. It does this through its Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and Subdivision Control Ordinance. The Office serves the Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals by handling administrative matters and day-to-day execution of the county's vision and regulations. Most visitors seek help with variances, special exceptions, and subdivisions. However, there are several other items we can help with. If you have a question, call. We'll help in any way we can.

Plan Director/Zoning Administrator - Teresa Tackett
Teresa has been with the Plan Commission department since 2013 and is the Plan Director/Zoning Administrator for Noble County.

Deputy Planner - Kassandra Slain
Kassandra assists visitors, processes applications, and is in charge of the administrative duties for the Plan Commission office. She is also the Secretary to the Plan Commission Board and assists the Plan Director.

Zoning Enforcement Assistant - Sarah Campbell
Sarah is the secretary to the Board of Zoning Appeals and is in charge of assisting the Plan Director with enforcing code enforcement with Junk, Trash, and Debris and Zoning Violations.
