Instructions for Drug Screen Check-in & Testing

  1. You must check-in for drug testing every day, seven days a week, including all weekends and holidays.
  2. Check-in using any of the following methods:
    1. Log into your CourtFact Client Mobile application on your smartphone and complete check-in.
    2. Log into CourtFact Client Portal on a computer (https://portal.courtfact.com)
    3. Log into the website (www.drugtestcheckin.com)
    4. Call 240-230-3435 and use your numeric Client ID and PIN.
  3. You must check-in between 12:30 am and 6:30 am Eastern time.
  4. Hours of operation are between 5:30 am and 8:00 am on the First (1st) floor of the Wabash County Judicial Center.
  5. You must physically sign in for your drug screen in person by 7:45 am to be permitted to test. Further, due to time limitations, be prepared to screen immediately when you report as technicians may have to stop collecting for additional clients prior to 8:00 am in order to ensure the completion of the tests in progress.
  6. If you are prescribed any medications, you must present a copy each time your prescription is refilled.
  7. If you are unable to produce a sample, you will be directed to report to Probation by 10 am that same day.
