In the park, hiking trails feature diverse trees, spicebush, and native wildflowers. Take a trail through Wolf Cave Nature Preserve and Experience history as you cross the stone arch bridge created by the Civilian Conservation Corps. Examine the historic Statehouse Quarry near White River, which furnished limestone used for the Indianapolis Statehouse. Relax in the lobby or watch birds from the dining room porch.
Bloomington and Indiana University are just 15 miles east and offer cultural experiences, sporting events and a wide range of dining options.
