Below are templates for contracts for vended meals only. Sponsors are still responsible for ensuring proper competitive procurement procedures are followed when selecting a vendor for meals. If you have questions about the procurement process, please contact Cindy Harris at charris@doe.in.gov

Below are links pertaining to the registration process for a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) or Vended Meals Provider interested in registering with the Indiana Department of Education. Registered vendors will be placed on a list of vendor contacts available to schools interested in procuring a vendor to assist in operating the School Nutrition Programs. The registration period will begin January 6, 2025, and end February 7, 2025. Any inquiries we receive after February 7, 2025 will not be processed.. Please direct all questions to SCN Procurement at SCNProcurement@doe.in.gov
