Workforce Ready Grant
Become a Training Provider
Workforce Ready Grant programs and training providers are considered based on employer demand, wages, job placements and program completion rates. All approved industries, programs and training providers are reviewed regularly to ensure the Workforce Ready Grant is meeting the needs of Hoosiers and the State.
BUSINESSES
Businesses interested in becoming an approved Workforce Ready Grant non-credit training provider may visit the non-credit Training Provider Portal to apply. The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) will consider training providers currently listed on the INTraining Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). DWD processes and approves all applications from businesses and will communicate next steps to approved providers.
TO APPLY AS A BUSINESS:
- Apply and be placed on the ETPL as an eligible provider
- Submit a WRG training provider application.

INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Institutions of higher education (offering either credit-bearing or non-credit-bearing programs) may submit programs for review twice a year, in alignment with the academic calendar. The Indiana Commission for Higher Education processes and approves all applications from higher education institutions and will communicate next steps to approved providers.
