Thank you for your interest in participating in this event. Participants may pre-register with the link below or may also register onsite the day of the event. Screenings are 100% free and we will only need your contact information, basic demographic details and consent. On the day of the event, if you choose to have your blood glucose measured, you may choose to do a fasting glucose (no eating for 3 or more hours before screening) or non-fasting. For the body mass index screen, we will have scales available to measure weight, however, we will not be taking your height measurements, this will be self-reported. Blood pressure screenings are measured with a blood pressure cuff. There are no special requirements for what you need to wear and at the conclusion of the screenings we will ask that you participate in a voluntary health assessment. Assessment questionnaire is scaled 1 to 10 with 1 being Poor and 10 being Excellent.
