Basic Eligibility Requirements and consideration factors for a IGC Enforcement Agent:
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- No felony convictions.
- Successfully pass a background investigation.
- Successfully pass any written and/or physical test required by the Commission.
- Successfully pass Tier II at the ILEA Academy or be currently certified.

The physical agility test (PAT) consists of 5 main events. Each event must be performed precisely according to the strictly defined protocol in order to be scored. In order to pass the PAT, applicants must have a cumulative score of 15 points with at least 1 point in each event.
