The Indiana National Guard Armory in Muncie greets guests with two World War II Patton and Sherman tanks, setting the stage for epic photo ops. Armory Rental Agreement 4.A. In case said Armory, or any part thereof, shall be destroyed or damaged by fire or by any other cause, or if any casualty, unforeseen occurrence or military necessity shall render fulfillment of this Rental Agreement by the Lessor impossible, the said Lessor shall not in any case be held responsible to the Lessee for any damage or loss caused thereby.
