The Indiana Office of Technology together with Brooksource, our State Earn and Learn IT Program consultant team, held the first IOT Robotics Competition last month at the Indiana Government Center.

Location: The Indiana State Library - Reference Room 315 W Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 Moving from GovDelivery to Marketing CloudIn February, the Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) held the first meeting on the new Citizen Engagement Platform, Marketing Cloud, for all current GovDelivery administrators. The GovDelivery contract will be ending on June 30, 2024, with the goal to have the Marketing Cloud migration completed by 5/31/24. The project team has put together some FAQs on general questions and specific questions on Marketing Cloud. You will need to log in with your network account in order to view the FAQs. Each agency currently in GovDelivery will be notified by the project team to fill out a questionnaire on specific items that the agency needs moved over. Moving forward, the implementation team will also be providing a demo of the tool and hands-on training opportunities. Thirty teams of middle and high school Robotics students braved the snowstorm Indianapolis endured the night before to participate in the inaugural event.
The Robotics Planning Committee team would like to thank all who attended or volunteered at the event, including the Indiana Department of Administration for their help with setting up the venue, Brooksource for providing food and goodies for the volunteers, TechPoint Foundation for Youth on coordinating everything, and Ted Williams with the Family and Social Services Administration for streaming the entire event.
Mariah Sanders is in accounts payable and accounts receivable in IOT's fiscal department. She just moved over to procurement in November, and is working on her training now.
