Location: The Indiana State Library - Reference Room 315 W Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 Moving from GovDelivery to Marketing CloudIn February, the Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) held the first meeting on the new Citizen Engagement Platform, Marketing Cloud, for all current GovDelivery administrators. The GovDelivery contract will be ending on June 30, 2024, with the goal to have the Marketing Cloud migration completed by 5/31/24. The project team has put together some FAQs on general questions and specific questions on Marketing Cloud. You will need to log in with your network account in order to view the FAQs. Each agency currently in GovDelivery will be notified by the project team to fill out a questionnaire on specific items that the agency needs moved over. Moving forward, the implementation team will also be providing a demo of the tool and hands-on training opportunities.
