Genealogical Services
Birth and Death Records for Clay County start in the year 1882.
Notice to genealogist:
- Complete one (1) application for each request
- All Birth and Death requests will be mailed via USPS if located.
- *Research will be limited to one (1) hour per visit. No refunds for records unable to be located.
*All genealogy research will be done at the Registrar’s convenience.

If you are interested in learning more about the dangers of lead in the home, contact our office! We are proud to announce we now have a licensed Lead Risk Assessor on staff with our environmental division!

Once applications and any associated payment have been submitted the Environmental Health Specialist can provide the following services:
