The Montgomery County Health Department has partnered with Franciscan Health to launch the Montgomery County Diaper Pantry Program. This is a supplementary program that supports families who qualify until their child reaches three years of age. To be eligible for the program, Montgomery County families are deemed eligible if they identify as a participant in the following programs or fall within 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines: TANF, SNAP, SSI, WIC, Medicaid, Low Income, and Disaster relief. Participants in these programs must show proof of identification and/or proof of income to access the Diaper Pantry Program.
