Children with insurance policies that cover vaccinations, including those with high deductibles or co-pays,
will NOT be eligible for free vaccinations at the Washington County Health Department.
We DO provide vaccines to those on Medicaid, those whose insurance does not cover vaccines, and those
who have no insurance coverage under the Vaccines for Children Program. We do accept most private
insurances and have all vaccines available for school requirements.
Patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible parent/guardian.
If someone other than a parent or guardian will be coming with the patient, a note signed by the parent or guardian
listed in the patient’s record must be provided. All new patients to our clinic MUST bring proof of previous vaccinations,
proof of insurance, or Medicaid.
