The IURC approved new rates for Eastern Heights Utilities in a Feb. 3, 2025 order (Cause No. 46084-U). Eastern Heights Utilities provides water utility service in Greene County and portions of surrounding counties.
The OUCC filed its report with recommendations on Sept. 18, 2024, and issued an Aug. 15, 2024 media release to invite consumer comments.

The utility's previous rates were approved in April 2021 under Cause No. 45435-U.
