The utility is seeking a change to base rates for water in 46123-U and for sewer in 46122-U, filed Sept. 12, 2024. Prior base rates received IURC approval in 2014 in IURC Cause Nos. 44352 and 44351, respectively.

The utility is seeking this change using the Small Utility Filing Procedure, which is available to utilities with fewer than 8,000 customers, and is designed to reduce the expense and time involved with rate cases.
UPDATE 3-13-25: The IURC issued a combined final order in both cases on March 12, 2025.
