Public Record Request
In accordance with Indiana Code (IC) 5-14-3, the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office provides the public with access to its public records upon request. While some records, such as investigatory information, are excepted from disclosure under IC 5-14-3-4, all requests are reviewed and acted upon in a timely manner.
