Manager Onboarding Workshop is an Indiana State Personnel Department (INSPD) sponsored program that is geared toward the development of foundational knowledge for newly hired and/or newly promoted managers. This program includes a 2 half-day workshop and covers a wide range of topics including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and more!
