Roann Park Project

The Roann Park Project will be in (3) Phases. We hope to start Phase 1 in the Spring of 2024. Phase 1 will consist of the Parking Lot to accommodate everyone coming to both, the Park and Baseball Field. There will be sidewalks to the Baseball Field, Concession Stand, and throughout the park area. Three Pavilions will be 30 x 58 each to make sure there will be lots of room for your family gatherings, they will also feature electric outlets to help keep food warm and places to plug in your phone or your electronic devices. In addition, there will be a bathroom for both Men and Women. Phase 1 will also have two fenced-in parks for the children to play. One park that is located between two Pavilions is designed for your toddlers, it has a fenced-in area that can only be accessed through two separate Pavilions, this is made to keep your child safe. The larger playground area will be designed to thrill your children for hours and a place they will want to keep coming back time and time again. You will also notice that there will be no traffic between the Baseball Field and the Playground, this is designed to make sure your child's safety is our number one goal as we try to make this a place for Your Whole Family.
