The Parks and Recreation Board is composed of five members each appointed to staggered four year terms by the Town Council. No more than two members may be of the same political party. The Parks and Recreation Board has custody, control, operation, management and maintenance of all public parks and playgrounds within the Town of Trail Creek, One member of the Town Council is appointed liaison each year. All members serve without monetary compensation.

Congdon Park is another 5 acre park, located at the Town Hall Complex. This park was named for the long time Town Marshall - Charles Congdon. Congdon Park has two baseball diamonds and two lighted tennis courts. There is a shelter with grills and picnic tables. There is also a variety of playground equipment.
