Lydia Wales
Franklin Township Trustee
Lydia is currently serving her second term as the Franklin Township Trustee and truly enjoys her job. Lydia is heavily involved in the community and loves to volunteer. She is the former chair of the Blake Dickus Car Show, a DJ for Habitat for Humanity's Soup Bowl, the Blake Dickus Reward Fund, Discover Downtown Franklin's 4th Friday Car Event and with the kid's service at her church. Lydia has 18 years of clogging experience and taught clogging from 1989 to 1995.
Lydia has been happily married to John Wales for 22 years and has two kids, Alisha Lewis (Josh Lewis) and Mark (Tessa) Dillender. She loves being a grandmother and spoiling her grandchildren, Emma, Lane, Rocky, and Lilah. She loves her two dogs, Max and Milee.
Jodi Alvey
Township Assistance Case Manager
Jodi came back to working for the Township in August 2021. Jodi is the Case Manager for the Township Assistance where she meets with clients and assists in completing all required paperwork. Jodi has always enjoyed working for the township and is overjoyed to be back working and assisting the public. Jodi, married to Brian for 27 years and have four children, Dominic (Maddie), Joey, Marco, and Sophia. Jodi enjoys being with her new granddaughter, Anaiah.
Alyshcia Stubbs
Social Security Payee Case Manager
Alyshcia began working for the Township in January of 2020. Alyshcia is the Case Manager for our Social Security Payee Program. Alyshcia has worked with the public for over ten years, and has a passion for helping others. Alyshcia has been married to Luke Stubbs for 13 years. Together they have one son, Lane. The family enjoys spending time together and going to varies sporting events.
McKenzie Writt
Transitional Program Case Manager
McKenzie started working for us in October 2023 as a case manager for our Transitional Program. She is a graduate from Hanover College with a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Nash, playing cards, and dirt track racing with her boyfriend and his family.
