As a result of the Indiana General Assembly’s support of House Bill 1274 during the 123rd Session (2024) and Governor Eric Holcomb’s approval, the Indiana Semiquincentennial Commission (ISC) has a Special Purpose License Plate available through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
To purchase the America 250 Indiana License Plate from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV):

The America 250 Indiana License Plate will be listed as an option by Jan. 2025.
The America 250 License plate can also be ordered at your local BMV branch when available (by Jan. 2025).
The approx. $25.00 additional cost for the Special America 250 Indiana License Plate, $15.00 covers the cost of production by the BMV $10.00 will support Events and Community Outreach for Indiana Citizens during the America 250 Celebration in 2026
