Blue  $251 - $500
Hoosier  $501 - $1000

Areas toward which Funds will be used:

   2. Other State Events
2. US Veterans Affairs and Support
   The Indiana 250th Commission will work with the Indiana Dept. of Veterans’ Affairs to apply these funds in a way felt to have the most positive impact for Indiana’s Veterans
3. Education
   Indiana & US Historical Related Material for General Public use
4. Unspecified
   The Indiana 250th Commission will use the funds where it is believed they will have the most positive impact

For Individual Donors at the White Level ($101-250):

You will receive a Thank You Certificate from the Indiana Semiquincentennial Commission (ISC).

For Individual Donors at the Blue Level ($251-500) as above and:

You will receive a lapel pin with the Indiana Semiquincentennial Commission Logo and Thank You Certificate.

For Individual Donors at the Hoosier Level ($501-1,000):

You will receive a Thank You Certificate, be listed as an Honorary Member of the Indiana Semiquincentennial Commission on the Commission’s Annual Report. and be listed on the Indiana Semiquincentennial Commission Website.

For Individual Donors $1,001 and above

An Individual Donors ISC Plaque listing such donors will be on Display at the Indiana War Memorial & Museum [Besides receiving a certificate, lapel pin, listing in the Annual Report and on the ISC Website].

If you prefer to pay in monthly or quarterly amounts to qualify for the above recognition groups – final payment must be received by April 1, 2026
