Digital certification of a license is used as proof of licensure when applying for a license in another state.
An electronic certificate will be provided to you via email after your request is received and processed. The total fee for this service is $11.22
(NOTE: The process for providing official certification changed as of July 1, 2023. This request system no longer auto-generates a digital certificate. The certification must now be processed by VetBoard staff. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. If you have not received the certificate via email in that time, contact the Indiana Board of Veterinary Medicine.)
