Requirements to Place a License in Inactive Status
To have a license or registration placed on inactive status, a licensed veterinarian or registered veterinary technician must notify the Indiana Board of Veterinary Medicine in writing of the veterinarian's or veterinary technician's desire to have the license or registration placed on inactive status.
