- May 2 - Grantee Pre-Award 1: grant search, organization funding, eCivis Projects
- May 16 - Grantee Pre-Award 2: requesting SBA approval, application stages
- June 6 - Grantee Post-Award 1: grant awarded, tasks, Funding Sources
- June 20 - Grantee Post-Award 2: State Match, Substate Transfers, issues
Note: all sessions are 12 - 1pm EST on Thursdays
What happens during an "Office Hour"?
- 12:00 - 12:05 - Brief introduction on topic to be demonstrated and ask any burning questions
- 12:05 - 12:35 - Demonstrations led by SBA Grants Team staff
- 12:35 - 12:55 - Q & A, expand on demonstration learnings, and ask additional questions
- 12:55 - 1:00 - Closing remarks, reminders of next training, and how to Contact Grants Management Team

1) Select the “Download” button.
2) Open the iCalendar File (.ics) from your Downloads folder.
3) A Microsoft Outlook Security Notice will appear; click “Yes” you wish to continue.
4) Click the “Save” icon to add the Appointment Series to your calendar.
5) Repeat these steps for the 2nd recurring meeting link above.
