Howard County Drainage Board Meetings Drainage Board Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Mondays of each month, except when a holiday falls on Monday. Those meetings will be held in the Commissioners Hearing Room, #338 at 5 p.m. at the Howard County Administration Center located on the corner of 238 N. Main Street & Mulberry Street, 3rd Floor.
- The Surveyor's main duty is to monitor water flow within the county and reduce flooding.
- Provide accurate Section Corner information and record keeping
- Maintains all regulated drains including corresponding records
