Forms

Representing yourself in court should not be taken lightly, and there are many reasons why hiring an attorney is a good idea. We suggest that even if you use forms provided that you still talk to an attorney before submitting the forms to a court to get the best result possible. The Indiana Bar Foundation has a wide variety of forms available on their website for a wider number of legal issues. The website it available at: https://indianalegalhelp.org. Information concerning self-service legal resources are currently available at https://www.in.gov/courts/selfservice/. There is also a Rural County Legal Advice Hotline provided by the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society at (317) 635-9538. Additionally, there is a self-help legal kiosk located on the second floor of the courthouse where one can print out forms from https://indianalegalhelp.org/.
