Pathways to Purpose: Work-Based Learning Program

The Office of the Chief Equity, Inclusion & Opportunity Officer is excited to announce the launch of one of our most anticipated initiatives. We are currently hosting our first cohort of Pathways to Purpose Interns for Spring 2023.

Pathways to Purpose is a paid, work-based learning internship program for high school and college students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Participants of the program will gain comprehensive instruction in executive presence, servant leadership, emotional intelligence, public speaking, networking skills, and the navigation of administrative bureaucracy. Students will be challenged to address public concerns in the areas of economic prosperity, education attainment, access to healthcare and social vulnerability for underserved communities. Students will participate in various activities targeted at growing professional development and career expansion.

If you would like to find out how your company or organization can be involved in the Pathways to Purpose Program via hosting an intern or sponsoring an event , please contact the Office of the CEIOO via the contact form.
