The Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning is excited to announce a new Paths to QUALITY™ program designed to reduce barriers and support a smooth transition for providers and families. Eligible PTQ Level 3 and 4 providers that move to a new location, open an additional site, or change ownership (all resulting in a license number change), will be able to transfer their PTQ level without a waiting period and often without a drop to level 1. Providers that are currently in good standing and at a Level 3 or Level 4 will work with Spark Learning Lab to learn more about this program, assess eligibility, enroll their new license and trigger the required maintenance visit.
