School Supplemental Dashboard
For the 2023-2024 school year, the School Supplemental Dashboard includes kindergarten, 1st, 6th, 7th and 12th grades. We have added 1st and 7th grades to help gauge immunization rates from year to year at specific touchpoints that are important to Indiana required school immunizations. Our Immunization Data Team is working to improve school immunization data reporting for upcoming school years. The annual School Immunization Assessment Reports have been converted into the dashboard below showing a more robust and accurate school immunization data. The following user guide articulates how to use the optimized 2023-2024 school academic dashboard below.
Please note that the data in this supplemental dashboard is reflective of all children associated with schools who have immunization data recorded in the CHIRP School Nurse Module as of February 19, 2024
