Subject Matter of Rule
Amends 170 IAC 5-3 concerning minimum pipeline safety standards to incorporate new federal pipeline safety standards and to make various updates and revisions to Indiana specific safety standards related to farm taps, low pressure stations, uprate plans, construction packets, and the establishment of MAOP on distribution systems.
